Changing your Payoneer email address is fast and easy. Here’s how:
Sign in to your Payoneer account. Enter your two-factor authentication code when prompted, if you have that security measure set up. Click Go under the Continue to Account Home section. Go to Settings on the menu bar and click on Profile settings. Click on Edit on the Name and email section. Delete your current email address, enter your new email address, and click Save. All Payoneer communications will henceforth be channeled to the new email address. Click on Send Email and Payoneer will send an email to the new address with a confirmation link. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered phone number and click Submit. This is a two-step verification to confirm your identity. Open your email and click on Confirm Update. Once you do, your Payoneer account will be updated with the new email address. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it? Click on the Resend email button to get a new code. You’ll get a notification on Payoneer’s page, letting you know that your email has been successfully changed. To confirm, click on Go > Settings > Profile settings > Name and email.
