Nintendo’s decision to bring back the Nintendo World Championship after such a long absence is both interesting and exciting. We’re excited to watch as some of the best Nintendo players wow spectators with their impressive running, jumping, and block-smashing skills. We’re also interested to see what else Nintendo has in store for the event.
It’s very likely the gaming giant will use the Nintendo World Championships to promote, and possibly even reveal, upcoming games for the Wii U. We already know Nintendo plans to provide a first-look at Star Fox for Wii U, but we’re sure there is much more in store beyond that, especially considering it’ll kick off Nintendo’s E3 presence.
